OAKDALE CEMETERY
Rules and Regulations
Adopted 1997

• No persons or vehicles permitted on cemetery grounds from dusk to dawn.
• No planting of trees, plants, bushes or landscaping (mulching) on or around graves.
• No alcoholic beverages of any type permitted on cemetery grounds at any time.
• No firearms permitted on cemetery grounds.
• No parking or driving on the grass at any time.
• An adult must accompany children when on cemetery grounds.
• No playing on or around monuments.
• Existing plantings must be kept trimmed by lot owner or the sexton of the cemetery will remove them.
• All trash must be placed in the barrels at the pump area or at various locations within the cemetery.
• No four wheel all terrain or sports vehicles permitted on cemetery grounds at any time.
• Lots are non-transferable
• Lots/graves must be resold to Oakdale Cemetery at original purchase price.
• Yearly decoration removals:  April 1 and October 1
