The Village of Leetonia was founded just after the Civil War and was named for William Lee, one of the organizers of the Leetonia Iron and Coal Company. Our quiet village offers the visitor reminders of its historic past as well as many opportunities for enjoying the life of a small community in a beautiful natural setting.
