B-1, B-2 and B-3 Business Districts

1465.01 PERMISSIVE USES.

Within the "B" Districts, no building, structure or premises may be used, designed to be used, or arranged for more than one use as follows:

(a) Apartments above a Business.

(b) Automobile Sales Lot, Bank, Bowling Alley, Dance Hall or Skating Rinks.

(c) Retail Sales: Dressmaking, tailoring, shoe repairs, jewelry store, beauty salon, dry cleaning, tanning salon, arts and craft, tattooing parlor, and bakery, and/or other uses of similar character.

(d) Funeral Home, Hotel or Motel, Office Buildings and Gasoline Service Stations, and/or other uses of similar character.

1465.02 CONDITIONAL USES.

(a) Single Family Dwelling, Two Family or Multiple Family Dwellings.

(b) Commercial Truck Service Stations, Small scale Assembly or Manufacturing Business.

(c) Any of the Permissive Uses which would require more than one acre of land.

1465.03 YARD AND LOT REQUIREMENTS.

(a) Minimum Yard Requirements are:

Front Yard 00 feet min.

Side Yard 00 feet min.

Rear yard 00 feet min.

(b) Minimum Lot Area

The Minimum Lot Area Requirements to be determined individually by the Zoning Board of Appeals.

1465.04 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.

(A) Maximum height for any building in this district is fifty feet.
