M-1 Light Industrial District

1467.01 PERMISSIVE USES.

(a) Any Permissive Use of the "B" Districts.

(b) Assembly or Manufacturing Plants on a small scale.

1467.02 CONDITIONAL USES.

(a) Conditional uses will be decided on an individual basics with all recommendations by the Village Administer and/or Council by the Zoning Board of Appeals. This use will only be intended for Commercial Or Light Industrial Uses only. Absolutely no Single Family Dwellings will be permitted within this District.

1467.03 YARD AND LOT REQUIREMENTS

(a) Minimum Yard Requirements are:

(1) Front Yard 25 feet min.

(2) Side Yard 00 feet min.

(3) Rear Yard 25 feet min.

(b) Minimum Lot Area - Not required

1467.04 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.

(A) Maximum height for any building in this district is fifty feet.
