M-2 Manufacturing and Heavy Industrial District

1469.01 PERMISSIVE USES.

(a) Manufacturing or Assembly of medical or dental equipment, watches, clocks, toys, games and electrical products.

(b) Manufacturing or Assembly of bolts, nuts, tools, firearms, electrical appliances, furniture and machinery.

(c) Manufacturing and/or Packing of food products, including beverages, fruit or vegetable canning and packaging of meat and poultry products, but not the slaughtering of said animals.

(d) Machine or Fabrication Plants.

(e) Commercial Truck Terminals

(f) Any other Business of similar uses, as related to the above list.

1469.02 CONDITIONAL USES.

(a) Hazardous, Corrosive, Flammable or Explosive Products.

(b) Stockyard or the Slaughtering of Animals

(c) Any similar use that would be hazardous to the public health, safety or general welfare.

1469.03 YARD AND LOT REQUIREMENTS.

(a) Minimum Yard Requirements are:

(1) Front Yard 25 feet min.

(2) Side Yard 15 feet min.

(3) Rear Yard 25 feet min.

(b) Minimum Lot Area

(1) There will be no restrictions on the size of the Lot Area's

1469.04 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.

(A) Maximum height for any building in this district is seventy five feet.
