1459.01 PERMISSIVE USES

Within the RC District, no building, structure or premises may be used, designed to be used, or arranged for more than one use as follows:

(a) Agricultural Activity.

(b) Park or Forest Preserve.

(c) Golf Course.

(d) Cemetery.

1459.02 CONDITIONAL USES.

(a) Extraction of coal, sand and gravel.

(b) Privately operated outdoor recreational facility, including riding stables, lake, swimming pool, and gold course on a site of not less than five acres.

(c) Motel, Resort and Incidental facilities, including Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Incidental Retail Sales and services and personal services on site of not less than one acre provided they are protected from flooding.

(d) Guest Ranch, Hunting and Fishing Resort, and Ski Resorts, provided they are not situated on a site less than 20 acres.

1459.03 YARD AND LOT REQUIREMENTS.

(a) Minimum Yard Requirements are:

(1) Front yard 50 feet min.

(2) Side yard 20 feet min.

(3) Rear yard 50 feet min.

(b) Minimum Lot Area

(1) Single Family Dwelling 43,560 sq feet

(2) Two Family Dwelling 43,560 sq feet

(3) Multiple Family Dwelling 43,560 sq feet

(c) Minimum Width

(1) All Dwellings have a minimum width of 150 feet.

1459.04 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.

(1) Maximum Height for any building in this district is thirty five feet.
