RD Residential District

1463.01 Permissive uses. 1463.03 Yard Requirements

1463.01 PERMISSIVE USES.

Within the RD District, no building, structure or premises may be used, designed to be used, or arranged for more than one use as follows:

(a) All permissive uses of the RS District.

(b) Two Family and Multiple Family Dwellings.

1463.02 CONDITIONAL USES.

(a) Public buildings erected by any governmental agency.

(b) Medical Clinic, Nursing Home, Rest or Convalescent Home.

(c) Row House, Townhouse or Multiple Family Dwelling where the lot being developed is one acre or larger.

(d) Private School.

(e) Home Base Business ( Must be occupied by owner of property )

1463.03 YARD AND LOT REQUIREMENTS.

(a) Minimum Yard Requirements are:

(1) Front Yard 25 feet min.

(2) Side Yard 10 feet min.

(3) Rear Yard 25 feet min.

(b) Minimum Lot Area.

(1) Single Family Dwelling 7,500 sq ft

(2) Two Family Dwelling 4,000 sq ft

(3) Multiple Family Dwelling 4,000 sq ft

(c) Minimum Width for all lot area's is 55 feet

1463.04 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.

(A) Maximum height for any building in this district is thirty five feet.
