1457.01 PERMISSIVE USES

Within the RU District, no building, structure or premises may be used, designed to be used, or arranged for more than one use as follows:

(a) Agricultural Activity, Single Family Dwellings, Park and Forest Preserve, Church and Public Schools.

(b) Roadside stands for the display and sale of agricultural products raised on the premises.

(c) Golf Course, Greenhouse or Nursery.

1457.02 CONDITIONAL USES

(a) Extraction of Coal, Sand or Gravel or Airport

(b) Public building erected by any Governmental Agency or non profit

organization.

(c) New Cemetery on sites of not less than twenty acres or the enlargement

of existing Cemetery's.

(f) Automobile service station, motel, restaurant, garage, farm implement sales

and services, and food stores.

(g) Privately operated outdoor recreational facility, including riding stables, lake,

Public Swimming Pools, Tennis Court and Golf Courses on sites less than

five acres.

1457.03 YARD AND LOT REQUIREMENTS

(a) Minimum Yard Requirements are:

(1) Front yard 50 feet min.

(2) Side yard 20 feet min.

(3) Rear yard 50 feet min.

(b) Minimum Lot Area

(1) Single Family Dwelling 43,569 sq. ft.

(2) Two Family Dwelling N/A

(3) Multiple Dwelling N/A

(c) Minimum Width for all lot area's is 150 feet

1457.04 HEIGHT REGULATIONS

(A) Maximum height for any building in this district is thirty five feet.
